~ WE'VE BEEN BUSY ~

It's been a busy Spring over here. It has also been a very wet Spring! We have had many, many baseball practices & games cancelled due to the crummy weather ~ now, we have to get ready to make-up all those games!

We've also been busy planning a baby shower for our wonderful neighbor, who is adopting from Taiwan. . . but more of that to come at the end of this post ~

We've been couped up inside SO much!

On Friday, Eddie's "K" class had it's Mother's Day Tea. We have been looking forward to this day, and it is a memory now that I just treasure ~ me & my boy together ~ I'm smiling just thinking about it :)

The kids sang songs and danced ~ oh so cute!

The mom's sat at the table with their own "personalized" place mat & a pretty decorated flower pot & flowers :) It was so nice to have that individual time with Eddie & he just sat on my lap and hugged me. . . I could go on and on ~ it was just special :) I love you so much honey!!!

On Friday night we held a baby shower for Lisa! The planning & preparations went off without a hitch ~ it was such a lovely night, and it was so nice to see our wonderful friend showered with love & gifts!! Paige is 5+ months and is currently in foster care in Taiwan. She has two big brothers and her mommy & daddy are hoping to bring her home this Spring/Summer. We are all very excited to meet this very little beauty, who is loved so very much already :)
